Closed Banned for "share account"

    Hi staff, I was out of time, and in that time I logged my acc in another residence, and I think I ended up being banned for "share account"
    But I did not share, I just logged in to another home because I was traveling

    I try to login but when I choose my character, the screen darkens and closes the game
    I think it was a ban on my id because none of my accounts can log in
