I didn't think it was breaking the rules considering I wasn't directing it towards anyone and I see profane smegas all the time. Ban message when attempting to log in: Banned for illegal smega.. Not saying what I did wasn't wrong. I apologize for the profanity used and thought I was ok since I censored the actual swear word. I've seen several smegas with moderate to severe profanity in them and the GMs giving them public warnings on [Notice]. Given that my circumstances are less offensive I think I should have been given a verbal warning. Also, in the TaC it is not clearly defined what is 'racial slur'. To me, that would be any racist word being deragotary to a certain race. If you look at the word I used, it really is not the racial slur form. In fact, the first result in google search will show you otherwise. It doesn't matter what it means to you. It's not allowed period here and people do consider it a racial slur. You won't be unbanned early. People have been warned if their language was becoming vulgar or borderline, we never give out warnings for blatant breaking of the rules. Secondly, there are also notices that say that you will NOT be warned. Please reread the T&C during this time and get better acquainted with the rules.
