I understand that I was killing this persons monsters for a 20-30 second moment however if you look into the content of that moment, the moment she asked me to "stop ksing" I quickly responded by saying "I'll stop ksing" and I stopped. Right after I said that she logged off before even letting me reason with her and I'm assuming she wrote a report. How could that be considered as ksing if there was a lack of context and persistent ksing?
By that logic should everyone just automatically report someone for a very short time period of ksing without any reasoning whatsoever? If she hadn't had logged off and actually responded to me telling her "I'll stop ksing", she would have found out that I was 100% serious in stopping.
There are guidelines for what we accept as evidence for a ksing report you can't just report someone for hitting a few mobs in your map. Okay I guess I underestimated the duration of the ksing a bit however I did have intention to stop ksing, I don't know how long the video she sent you was but I'm guessing it doesn't show the most crucial part where I told her I'd stop ksing her and she just brushes it off, logs off and writes a report. I am certain that the ksing wasn't persistent and before I let it reach the persistent level I had already apologized and offered to stop completely. I guarantee that her intention of writing the report was to get me banned for her own gratification and to make a statement rather than the ksing itself otherwise why would she brush off my request to stop ksing her and not reason with me at all? Futhermore, It's not like I kept ksing her and didn't show any signs of stopping, it was literally for a short duration. If you want me to be blunt, I think she set me up on purpose to get banned because if it wasn't a setup she would've responded to my request in stopping, the fact is she didnt want me to admit my wrongs and to accept my truce because if she did that she wouldn't be able to further her intentions of getting me banned. She's using "ksing" as a mask for her intentions. She wanted to use whatever was possible as "evidence" and left out the most important part of me clearly telling her I'll stop. I sincerely ask that you look back at the situation towards the part where she logs off on me the moment I told her I'd stop (not sure if the video that was sent to you shows that crucial part) Even though it wasn't 30 seconds, my request in ending the ksing came real soon after the short duration of ksing. This is the exact same situation as my last appeal where she tried to use the term "Harassment" to get me banned even though I had told her I was merely sticking up for my friend but she didn't listen to that at all because again, it would prevent her intentions of getting me banned (she logged off in that situation too) because she only wants to use her side of the evidence, anything else would be of disadvantage to her thus explaining why I ultimately got unbanned when Luna looked into the whole thing and saw the lack of context and persistent Harassment that I preached was the case of the matter. https://royals.ms/forum/threads/got-banned-for-pressing-vote-too-fast.132558/ I apologize for getting so deep into proving my point but this is the honest truth to the situation. I had no intention of prolonging the ksing in any way but she doesn't want that part of the story to be told so I have to tell it as it is. Please look through the entire duration of the scenario as that will give you the parts of the story that wasn't shown/told and use that as your deciding factor. If you feel like you are being harassed or framed to get banned, then it's on you to report that. Whether or not you intended for something is not the case matter either as player intentions are not visible from a PC screen, we act based off of evidence shown in reports which portrayed persistent KSing despite the mapowner's plea for you to leave.
