I must say, Kai. It's no wonder you're an intern. Your superiors, "Tim" and "Demitri" were present during my conversation and didn't feel the need to censor me. You clearly have a lot to learn. I was engaged in a dialogue meant to enlighten others of their logical fallacies and what do you do? You silence me. Let's examine what you didn't do:

    - Explain what rule I was breaking to be silenced.
    - Counter ANY of my arguments.
    - Silence the people who called me a clown.
    - Rule by set ordinance instead of on a whim.

Emotional leadership is not effective leadership. It does not inspire trust. I would not go so far as to say you being promoted to GM was a mistake, but clearly you being an intern still is justified. You have a lot to learn.

The ban appeal is secondary to the larger issue at hand. I'm here to have a discussion on effective leadership. Feel free to add your 2 cents. I'd love to get further input.

I feel like you took the entire ban out of context. You were banned from the shoutbox mainly for inciting flame for what you said, as reacted by those who were present in the shoutbox. Doesn't mean Tim or Dimitri was online, means they're looking at the shoutbox, just to clear that up if you think they are.

We are recruited to assist them in tasks like this, because they have more important tasks to deal with that we don't have access to. So that also explains why they "didn't feel the need to censor you".

Honestly, I don't see a need for me to counter any of your so-called arguments. We are on a game's shoutbox, not a debate forum. So, I used my own judgement to determine whether you being barred from the shoutbox will be the best for the rest of the community, and it seems to be the case. My job here is to keep the community clean, so it's pleasant for all to be in, not for people to deal with your philosophical arguments on IQs, or rape/child abuse references, or whether they're in the STEM field or not.

However, I agree with your last point's premise, but reject the conclusion. Indeed I have a lot to learn which is the fact, so it's kind of rhetorical that you have to point it out, and also it's the reason why I'm still an intern, and will remain as such till the day the admins deemed me worthy to be promoted.

As a closing statement, this is the general discussion section where players discuss general stuffs about the game, not for you to make your ban appeal. So if you wish to have your shoutbox ban reviewed, do so at the right section.
