If lotustuna got caught banning, his IP and MAC address will be banned for a week. Since you play from the same IP as him, the ban would apply to you as well.
but i can ensure that our IP is different we are in same school but our IP is different and my classmate isnt banned can u tell me why? i really want to know how can deal it i play all day but trade a banning honestly feel really bad
Both yours and LotusTuna's most recent log in attempts have been from the same IP as each other. This is why you got caught up in this ban. If you have any other IP address available to play from then we can consider detaching your account from tuna's, however this would only apply if we confirm you to be 2 different players.
thanks for your replying yes if u can i can use another IP to play i realize your confusion but i have to say including me we have "4" accounts got banned because of the same reason we just play in same school but we dont involve lotustuna's bug if u need i can give theirs characters name

I've looked into lotustuna's and your logins as well as account details, and I do believe you're 2 different players. I will discuss if it's possible to unban you at an earlier date, in the meantime can you PM me the other IP address you said you could use? also civ6 life
