I've reinstalled, ran as administrator, done everything I can think of. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
Hi there. You are not banned. Please ensure that VPN services are uninstalled or disabled before attempting to reconnect. If that still doesn't work, please try restarting your router.
Hey thanks for the response, I'm not using a VPN, and I am unable to restart my router. I use my landlords internet so I'm unable to access it. Do you have any other suggestions that might help?
So the problem is that you are trying to connect with an invalid MAC address (00-00-00-00-00-00). Do you have any VPNs that are installed on your computer, even if they are inactive? If so, you will unfortunately need to uninstall them to play Royals.
that worked! thanks so much for the help! I didn't realise having a VPN installed but not activated would matter but I uninstalled it and instantly worked so thanks again!
