Closed Banned on Forgotten account? Would like clarification and possible unban?

    Why do you think you got banned?:
    I have absolutely no idea.
    This week I started playing mapleRoyals on a fresh account and found out that I still had another account, and I just tried to login on it and it's blocked from connection or deleted.

    I recently got out of jail and made a new account on mapleroyals to have some fun pass time as im still trying to get myself sorted out

    I would like to clarify that I have been in a psychosis somewhere in 2022-2023 due to being on benzodiazepines 24/7 of the time combined with barely sleeping.
    My actions were not thought through and I can barely remember alot of situations from the time.
    Reason im making this post is that I vagely remember me having a different account back then and I just tried to login, it says im banned.

    If I did anything wrong, i'm truly sorry. I just would like to play the game and have fun. Possibly together with my younger sister, she wants to play too.

    Im currently playing on my new account with the in game names :
    "Dawnis" & "GhostShade"

    I hope I could get clarification and possibly unbanned, if not I hope that im allowed to continue playing on this account and am truly sorry for anything that I did wrong.
    Please take into consideration that when in a psychosis you don't carefully think things through
    I have been in jail since, recently got out and got absolutely zero recollection of my previous account and why I got banned, except I found out the username.

    Yes, it does sound familiar to me, I remember the account. I don't know why I got banned so please help me remember.

    Also, iam truly sorry if I have done anything wrong. I was in a psychosis and my actions werent very well thought through. Right now i would do anything to just play this server with my younger sister on the new account i listed above, I started playing it so it would be very awesome to be able to continue playing on it.

    I have thoroughly read through your appeal, and have done some investigating to look into your situation.

    While we understand you were going through a tough time in the past, we cannot allow exceptions for permanent bans, unless they were given by mistake. Checking into your situation, your original ban back in June of 2016 was not given by mistake.

    Since you recognize the IGN StonyTark, this old ban appeal was written by you back then:

    You admitted in that appeal that you used an item vac hack. Even if it was just to "try it out", that is not something we can overlook, no matter what circumstances lead to it. I'm sorry, but you permanent ban will remain.

    Since this affects you as a person, your new accounts have been banned as well for Ban Evasion:

    Ban Evasion - The act of circumventing a ban that exists on a player through the use of any means with the intent to, or accomplishing, access of the game on any account. Punishment: Identical to the consequence of which the player attempts to, or already has, circumvented.

    I know this wasn't the solution you were hoping for, but we as staff need to abide by the MapleRoyals Terms of Service.

    Iam 28 now, i was literally 17. I didnt even know I still had that account but alright, it is what it is.

    I do find it kind of surprising that even though i'm making an effort by honestly telling you guys I have been banned on another account that apparently, I made 11 years ago, im still punished for it today. I do not understand this but alright, I have to accept.
