My irl friend said his account was not working as there was a pop-up message when trying to log in saying he was banned (he had only just made his character the day before as well, and was waiting for me). So he tried a couple of times, then I thought, "try with my account to see if it's a problem with your internet connection or your account". He logged in right after I logged out and it said that my account was banned as well. We realise after looking at the rules again after being banned that it fell under account sharing, but both of us had only just made our characters, and did not fully understand. We are also unable to make a new account to play, so we figured it might be an IP ban. It would be really great if we could be unbanned.
