Hi, I registered my alt account a couple of days ago, but when I tried to log in today, the system showed the message: “This is not a registered ID.” Could it be because I linked my alt account to the same email address as my main account? Nah, the email addresses aren't the problem. There is a very high chance that you are not typing your username correctly. You can recover this in a support request, but it will take awhile. I would recommend having a look in your web browsers/password managers remembered usernames and passwords to see if when you created the accounts, you auto-saved them. Also keep in mind that it's the username you put on the account, and not your IGN, that you need to use to sign in.
