Closed Banned unfairly

    Why do you think you got banned?: Unjustified ban. I was banned for harassment, however I did not harass anyone. I was trying to figure out what is going on, while the person completely ignored me, and I haven't used any offensive language (You can check in the SS that "BishopeR" uploaded to "Report Abuse")
    Ban message when attempting to log in: Your account has been temporary banned for harassment and/or kill-stealing

    Did you say a profanity? No, you didn't. However, the content of your messages and the way you were acting was certainly toxic, inappropriate and why we decided to ban you. After your ban is over, try being nicer to people.

    "Toxic and inappropriate..." I am sorry, but I tend to disagree with you. As well, which exact server rule did I pass? (Get it my IGN is Pass and which rule did I "Pass")
    I am just confused because it seems that you banned me based on your personal belief.

    I do not see any reason for me to be banned, each one of us has his/her own attitude towards people. Also, I did not have any bad intentions. She decided to ignore me so I asked again... That is ban able!?

Engage in rude, unlawful, harassing, vulgar, obscene, hateful, threatening, abusive or otherwise objectionable behavior, including, without limitation, looting, kill stealing, making sexual comments; Punishment: 1st offence - 3 day ban, 2nd offence - 7 day ban, 3rd offence - permanent ban (emphasis mine)

    The content of my messages was not wrong or harassing (wtf stands for what terrific factoring)
    The way I was acting was not any of these above as well. I do not understand could you please clarify yourself?

    Strongly agree, I was not engaging in rude, unlawful, harassing, vulgar, obscene, hateful, threatening, abusive or otherwise objectionable behavior, therefore I am requesting my ban to be lifted due to false judgment

    Just because you feel the content was not wrong or rude, doesn't mean it isn't. In short, what you said was rude, we considered it ban worthy as we do not tolerate that behavior on the server, and you were banned.

    Again, you are not helping me. It is my word against your word. If you really want to help me understand, please tell me which part of my conversation with BishopeR was wrong or against the server's policies. Because we are just saying the same thing over and over again.

    "cut the bs" "answer bro are you illiterate?" "yikes this community some of the people are so dumb jeez" "mind your attitude before you will be on the blacklist"

    It isn't my word against yours. One of our jobs as staff members is to ensure quality of the community on this server and it was determined your behavior is not what we consider acceptable and why you were banned. Clearly this will not satisfy you but that is what it is.
