you were originally banned on august 25th 2013 for hacking which means you're not allowed to play the game anymore
on your original forum account you mentioned you were playing in game while you have 3 ban appeals for a ban on aug 25th 2013 which have all been denied (because you were hacking). You proceeded to make a new forum account and asked how to delete your current forum account. Since your original ban appeals were denied you're not allowed to play
My "original forum account" that's not me. I already said that someone was using my email on the forum. That was not me being banned or appealing for unban.... I just started playing with my account that was already created from idk when.. You just assumed that the person that created that forum account "bennnq" is the same person that me and don't even try to understand the problem. -The account "bennnq" was using my email on the forum. -If i'm the same person why the account being banned in 2013 also didn't had my email in it?

Right.. but this don't help me. I'm still banned from something that was not me. Can you explain why I was still playing the game if it was me on 2013 on that forum account? You guys don't have IP bans? Mac bans? Can't you check what email/account name was on that account? Can't you check that I started playing yesterday? If it was me on 2013 why I still had my one and only original account from the game with my email in it?
what we checked is: you claiming you're currently playing while you are supposed to be banned, thus you are banned for ban evading
When I said that I was supposed to be banned? What you mean? I just started to playing the server, tryied to create a forum account, found out that another person created a forum account with my email, you are literally banning me without a single proof that "bennnq" is the same person than me. You don't even answered my questions. Can't you check that I started playing yesterday? Can't you even see when I created my only and one account?
not sure what you're trying to say but: - the character you were playing on is not on a new account, the account registered at: 2014-09-12 23:08:40 - you logged in on the forum on bennnq so rather than someone just using your email you also happened to know their password! which raises quite some suspicion and I'm more likely to believe it's just your forum account.
About the your second statement, I didn't know the password. I asked for a new password since is my email being used, I thought it might be an account I created at the same time I created the game account. I can give you any type of information so I can prove to you that that person that used my email is not me. Honestly, I have nothing to hide to you.
1. Tryied to create an account; 2. Already used e-mail; 3. "Forgot your password?"; 4. Email and confirm i'm not a robot; 5. Email in my inbox with "Reset your password with the link from below"; When I logged in I notice the name that I never saw in my life before and the posts of the unban appeal. Then I went to talk on chatbox of how wierd that was. Done!
why would someone register a forum account with your email just to make a ban appeal for their account while at the same time you had a game account created afterwards (in 2014) that you played on recently claiming you just started?
Would be amazing if I knew why someone used my e-mail to create an ban-appeal, really I wish to know why.
My final conclusion about happened. 1: 2012, someone used my e-mail to create an forum account to request ban-appeal. At this time this forum did not have an account confirmation via e-mail. (My e-mail don't have any kind of MapleRoyals activity since my first post on this topic). 2: I create my acc around 2014 and didn't played, because probably I went to play on another server or another game. 3: 2018- Me and my friend wanted to play an old-school maplestory , "Let's try royals" , "Oh, I already have an game account, so let me create an forum account because I need to ask something". 3.1: Found out that my e-mail was being used because I could not create a new account. My thought - "Oh, I already have a forum account?" Tried to log in with my most common passwords, none worked. Asked an Password reset; 3.2: After resetting my password I log-in to found that was an ban-appeal topic and etc, things I never saw and didn't ever saw the nick Bennq. BTW, there was none pessoal information related to myself on that account (Name, date of born, country, etc). 3.3: Changed to e-mail of the account to an throw away e-mail and created my new and official account. 4: After talking about what happened on chat, ADM banned me without a single proof or reason. Without any proof that I played this server before the creation of my account. And they even don't have a proof, because probably to clear space someone deleted all accounts/characters banned. Conclusion: Bad administration, ADM doesn't know how forum works (Doesn't know how I logged in the account that my e-mail was being used, also doesn't how password reset works?). TBH don't even unban, just imagine staying around with this administration. monkaS
