I thought it could be something like that since there are lots of banns appeals related to that, I voted everytime the web page told me I was able to so It was my fault for not reading the rules of vote. Is there a posibility of reconsidering my perma ban and give me a lesser punishment?
Unfortunately, ignorance of the rules is not an excuse, especially when they are linked on the voting page and it is outlined that it's against the rules to vote more than once per household every 24 hours, and included in the Terms & Conditions which need to be agreed to on account sign up.
I understand that it was my fault and it's your job to ban the ones that don't follow the rules....but it's hard to let go a character that I invested so much on. If there is no way you could change that perma ban into a lesser one. That means that i'm not able to play on your server right?
No, the ban is permanent and will remain permanent. And the ban means you can no longer play, that is correct.
