Banned for vote abuse.
Would like to know if there's anything I can do to change the desicion. I am willing to sign a contract with the staff. I really appreciate you and just want to play again... As you can see i also donated once to show my appreciation to you for your work.
I will not deny the facts that i did minor abuse of voting. It was a big mistake which im sorry for.
Please consider to replace the permenent ban to something else.

The staff would like to continue to honor the rules they wrote and promote fair gameplay regardless of the amount one might have donated. When issuing a ban for vote abuse, be that minor or major, our admins tend to show leniency and try to be as considerate as possible as they understand that one might have been double voting accidentally. That doesn't seem to be the case here, and you were intentionally gaining an unfair advantage over other players. For all of those reasons, your ban must remain permanent.
