Can't recall the exact IGN (It's been over a month since I logged in) Last thing I recalled doing (over a month ago) was Pirate PQ. I think I got banned due to a trip I took. I was in Argentina for the last month and voted from there, and now I'm banned?? "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection"

Vote Abuse - The act of attempting to, or successfully, bypassing the restrictions of voting no more than once per 24 hours. Please be aware that, in cases of severe abuse as per discretion of Staff, we reserve the right to respond with a permanent ban regardless of if it is your first offense. The Admins checked your voting history and saw a number of times where you voted on more than one of your accounts in a 24-hour period. The number of times was severe enough for them to issue a Major Vote Abuse Ban as a result.
Honestly, I have no idea what that even means, but either way as a casual player who's 27 and uses this game to blow off some steam it's unfortunate that permabanning without ANY warning or hearing is the way you handle your community. Thanks for the rapid response though.
