Why do you think you got banned?: The only thing that comes to mind is that someone saw me farming heartstoppers with my bishop (spamming heal and thought i was hacking/botting? Which i was not, i just pressed the heal button while watching a movie on another monitor and lost track of time. I was there the whole time, i even talked to other players while doing so (with ign SISEN0R for example)

Im sorry, but what do you mean with major vote abuse? I only vote on my main account (andolir) daily, and I only voted with my bishop (bisholir) for the necessary nx to start with (pet, pet gear, etc). Ive been very cautious with only voting once daily with only one character. In the year and a half that i have been playing this game i have never abused the voting to have more mesos (at least not on purpose, as i said, i have voted on other accounts but only for necessary gear to start with. If i did, i made sure to not vote on my main account). I ask that you please re-evaluate my case, as i assure you i have played fair and have always tried to stay within the server rules and guidelines.

First of all, i want to say sorry for what may seem as a major vote abuse. When i first started, it seemed logic to me to vote once per account, as long as each nx received from each vote was used for the character in said account. It maybe sounds as an excuse but i really did not know i could not do that until like 3 months playing the game. I am deeply sorry for abusing the voting system at the start, but i can tell you that once i knew i could not do that, i stopped.

I do feel obligated to defend my case, as i honestly dont find this fair. You claim that i had a "major vote abuse" when i deeply feel that statement is exaggerated. I know for a fact that there are people in the server that have 10 characters or more for the sole purpose of abusing votes. They get their characters to lvl 15 only to be able to vote and some to lvl 50 to be able to gacha, and then forward all meso gains to their main character. I have never done something like that. Yes, as i said in my earlier message, i did vote on my bishop 4 days ago but only for the necessary equipment. a pet, pet gear, and literally 16k nx worth (two voting days) to be able to sell aprs and have some seed money to fund my bishop (i wanted to buy a zhelm).

My only purpose for multi-voting was to fund my different characters, not to have all nx gains sent to my main and have thar unfair advantage over everyone else. I swear i have never ever something like that. Right now, i am only active in 2 different charaters. My main (andolir) and my bishop (bisholir). As you can see, i have two more accounts, which i could have easily used them for abusing the vote system but i didnt. I literally havent touched those characters. As i said, i have never abused the voting system to a degree of having godly equips or many meso over everyone else. You can even see my equips on my bishop and my main. They are average at best (i dont even have a cape on my main). I grind daily apqs and try farming godly drops and sell them to be able to have some meso, even knowing that i could just vote on my other accounts (or make new ones) and abuse the voting system so that i dont have to grind.

I am a firm believer of playing fair, or else, the game would simply not be fun anymore. I believe that is reflected on the fact that i have average gear at best (i have never even had more than 2b.. not joking) I am deeply sorry for the multi voting i did, but i can promise you that my only purpose for doing so was to be able to buy/make acceptable gear on my bishop to be able to leech in the future. that is all. As for the other accounts (Mcallen and Heredor) Once i decided i didn't want an archer or a warrior, i stopped using them, not even for voting.

I ask that you please reconsider my case. I have invested a lot of time and effort on my nightlord. I really enjoy this game due to the nostalgia. I am a father of two sons who just uses mapleroyals from time to time to be able to distract myself from work. I am deeply sorry for the multivoting i did. I am more than happy to pay a fine for the little multivoting i did (i could even sell equips from my nightlord) and pay. I ask that you please dont permanently ban me, as i truly dont believe i have abused the voting system and i have always played fair. Maybe some temporary ban, or a fine, or anything else, but please dont take away my only distraction and "me time" i have. I swear, promise, and give my word to the server GMs that i will never multi vote again, and if i vote on a mule for necessary items, i will make sure to not vote on my main.

Again, i am deeply sorry for the inconvenience. I hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me, and give me another chance to play this game so that i truly enjoy. I have always been friendly (you can ask around) and i have never been a participant of toxic messages or gameplay habits. Im just a guy that likes to throw stars at things, that is all. Let me show i have learned from my mistakes and that i indeed know how to play this game farily (because i really do).

By vote abuse, you gain an unfair advantage over the others hence your ban will remain.

 

can you atleast move the permanent ban to a temporary ban? a couple of months maybe? please.. i mean jesus, all i did was vote a couple of times for pet gear and seed money. as i said, i never "abused" the voting as "abusing" means using the nx recieved from the vote to have an unfair advantage over others, which is far from the case going on here. I just wanted to have enough for my bishop to even play and attack (with lower than decent damage). I am deeply sorry for the multi voting that happened in 2023 (i was unaware, i promise) and as for my bishop, i literally did like 4 votes in total. Can i please just pay a fine and have a temporary ban? i promise i will never, ever, multi vote again. I have invested more than 200 hours playing time to my character. Not abusing, not doing toxic things, simply grinding and having fun. That is all. I still feel a permanent ban is somewhat too much.

I think there is enough evidence to support my case that i am not an abuser. As i said, i have two more accounts that i could have used for voting and i didnt ( if my intention was to abuse and have an advantage over others, then believe me, i would not only use that two accounts to vote but i would make way more accounts only for that same purpose, which is not the case here).

There is also enough evidence that i in fact did not have an advantage over others, as i have said before, my gear is average at best (please, take a look). The best thing there are my 15 attack gloves which i had to sell my bfc to obtain (dont have a cape atm)

I honestly dont think that i deserve to be permanently banned from the game for something this minimal. I ask that you please count all the extra voting i did (including the ones in 2023) and i will gladly sell all my equipment from my nightlord to pay the fine.

I am not a bad guy. I am not an abuser. And i think i have shown that i like to play a fair game, hence all the grinding that i had to do to get my average equipments.

Please at least consider the evidence i have mentioned and give me a chance to prove that i can play this game without multi voting, its all i ask.
