    Hello,
    Earlier, I asked a friend to help me submit an appeal, but I was informed that appeals cannot be made on someone else’s behalf. However, before my account was banned, I had not registered on the forum yet. Now, when I try to register using my original email address, I receive the message:
“The email address you entered has been banned by admin, please try another.”
    Therefore, I registered a new forum account using a different email address. If you need me to provide my previous email address or any personal account information for verification, I would be more than happy to do so.

    The computer I am currently posting on the forum is my company computer, and I use my personal computer at home to play games. By the way, I use VPN during play this game.

    No. They are two separate situations. Your VPN was linking you to another banned player in this case.
