You are related to that character's account. If you insist that you are not the user of that character then you should ask whoever else who plays or has played mapleroyals in the past from your location/computer.

Please wait patiently, this is a matter for the Admin team to look into, and they will let you know when they've had chance to investigate properly.
I do not see any way your account is not associated with the hacker LcyRain. Based on what I have found in the database, it appears quite clear you are on the same connection as the person who created the LcyRain character to hack and therefore, you will be permanently banned as well.
I use wtfast to connect to server that day.... please I'm telling the truth..its not me, and its not my brother our connection its not shared as well, please belive i just created my character Seph , and got banned , u can keep the eyes on me when i play, i never used hack. theres no reason for that..
Just give me a chance to prove to you ,u can check my ip again ,idk , i just ask for a chance to prove that's not me, i have no reasons to hack . i loved that server.....
I'll never find another server just like that, I loved this server, it was all I was looking for .. i dont like the other servers, I played a 10 before that, the gms not like it. European also not ...
