Character Name： PitDM,VayneZz Last thing you did:leech myself at ulu2 Why do you think you got banned?:been reported Ban message when attempting to log in:becouse your account is permanently banned What GM banned you (optional):Sila Hi.GM Sila ,my characters are banned becouse the character called Fyleri reported.And I just saw that report.And I saw him at the map to asked me something,but I was having breakfast and playing game 1hand ,so not chatted with him becouse I didnt konw what"macro botting"mean and didnt say something .then i was searching for it by my phone(my English is poor，im chinese).And then when I knew what it mean and want to say no for him ,he has run.Then I took a picture for it .I think it can prove me playing game myself and not macro botting.I dont think someone would do nothing and say ur macro botting first .I just play this game 1 month that my friends recommend it to me and i donate huge time on it.So i wish i can find back my characters.

im sure both characters are mine.And i have no idea about who this person is.i dont know i got a rise of someone that he prrtended to be me.Also，i cant find the ban appeal about VayneZz.last，if u could let my characters unbanned，i can do anythings u want that prove both characters are mine.thanks.
I'm afraid that as of right now we're not quite convinced you weren't macro botting at the time of the incident. The reason to this is that it took you over 10 minutes to reply to a very simple question, being 'Are you there?' Here are the logs indicating when Fyleri asked you if you were there, and that she suspected you of botting: Then 15 minutes after she first asked you if you're there, all you say is her name and no slot: Additionally I'd like to add that in the past you've had absolutely no issues telling players that you had issues understanding them and that you were learning English, thus I fail to understand why you wouldn't have done the same in this scenario.
im sure u can see that i was using gen when he asked me first question，when i was having breakfast and just 1hand using gen to hit ，so i didnt see his first message and i want to respond him but cant find him by whisper so save his name，but failed and later i just clicked the return key. and the”no slot” was another one just ask me if leech and i responded him “no slot”and he cc.
i think i had explained all my behaviors，and i hope u gm could believe me and unban my characters，its my first time to attach this international server that maybe something cant accept with a few time.im now realize the reason of Fyleri”s question ，everyone want the game environment better that also the reason i choosed this server.I have pay 1month time that pay 10 hours even more times and go cake boss 5 times everyday，its my 1months work ，i dont want to lose it.and ill try my best to adapt this games and even say anything to respond others quickly in the further so that wont be mistaked as marco botting.i think its may difficult for u to make a dicision to unban me ，but i hope u can believe me and give me a result and im waiting for u .thats all my want to say.
