Hi, I'm looking for opinions on which is the best class to fund since i only have the time to properly train 1 character as my main. I have already narrowed down my choices to NL , BM and Hero based on my personal preferences. However, the problem now is which of those classes requires the least funding for end-game content (hp washing, bossing, etc.) as well as to gear properly? Atm, I only have 1.5b from my priest (sales of gacha items and farming). However, i am planning to gather more funds as i train my main. Or maybe I should wait until i gather more funds before making a new character? If so, how much would i need? Thoughts?
A hero will definitely require the least amount of funding. I would just go ahead and start a hero now, you won't require too much of those funds early on. Your funding depends on if you plan to wash your hero or not. Heroes do not require any HP washing to HT at 155, but it is cost efficient so you might be interested in it. Also, I would make sure your priest has max HS before creating a new char so that you can be more efficient when grinding. Later on you can probably worry about attack gear and a decent st which will probably cost you around 1-2b (depending on what att you look for), but you should have more money by this time anyway.
you could basically do any class, but tbf if you're considering to join boss fights i think bm would be better for you since then you have a party buff and ppl dont rly care if your dmg is next to nothing as long as you can survive and se through out the run. hero would definetly make it easier for you to level if all you want to do is level then chose hero for sure but then i would also suggest you take a look at drk since drk is cheaper to wash and way easier to 2hit mobs at o2 or o4 for example.
Cheap class? Easy to level up? It is not mandatory to wash? H - E - R - O Has Been said Hero is inexpensive, both items and washing, it is not necessary. Many wash their Heros, because they want to have more HP increasing the chance of being alive. But they can go HT without any washing.
Late reply, but thanks for the suggestions and opinions, everyone! I have decided to wait and gather more funds to hp wash as well as buy decent eq's and make a bowmaster, realising that bm's are needed to boss and i won't be pressured to deal a lot of dmg
