Hello, I am not sure I am posting this in the right place but I hope so! Last night I was completing the quest in NLC to get the deputy star, however, when I redeemed my big foot toe it did not complete the quest. Instead, the big foot toe was removed from my inventory and now the quest shows up as still in progress. Is there anything that can be done about this? I tried to take a screen shot of my chat log at the time but I guess it did not save to my computer. Thank you!
You need to complete all 4 quests from the NPC to unlock the final quest that rewards deputy star. Did you hand in the lantern from Headless Horseman, 30 lucky charms and 30 soiled rags as well? Aforementioned quests are repetable quests with cd. When you complete them for the first time, you can accept the same quest again immediately (cd only applies after the 2nd hand in)
