Bigfoot becoming invincible?

    I just hit 120 on my corsair and I am trying to kill bigfoot. I get him in the corner, and i jump over his head and then shoot him into the corner. but he only stays there for a couple seconds, then he becomes invincible and gets out. How do i keep him pinned if he goes invincible like that?
