So i've been killing a few Bigfoots lately but I noticed that my meso explosion doesn't hit quite alot of the time where I feel it should hit. Is this a bug? Btw headless Horseman goes alot easier it feels like meso explosion hits alot more on him. Video:
Isn't that just Bigfoot's invincibility frames? I could be wrong cause it does seem like they're hitting few and far between, but he's got a lot of invincibility frames.
Yes I was thinking the same but alot of explosions were before/after the frames but still didn't hit.
Happened to me once again... Like come on, it's most important spell for one of the classes. I wonder how "moderate" it would be if it was about Genesis, or if more people were playing Shadowers But who care about few Shadowers, let them waste meso and time. Meh, at least you're honest, and didn't put "high" priority without actually giving it any serious attention // Happened to me with HH at least twice. BF is more likely to bug though. But this spell is just bugged.
It doesn't seem bugged to me. Quite a few are complete misses and the others are after using 1 ME + Assaulter/Boomerang or a similar combination. That's why you usually only bomb twice. He activates an invincibility frame and the third to fourth bomb would miss. A bomb and then an assaulter activates his iFrame causing the misses. That's how I see it, anyway. I haven't done many bomb kills on my shadower on new source, especially BF, but this video doesn't seem like anything is wrong. Just seems like he's missing. You have to be patient and time your bombs appropriately, especially with BF. I've definitely never seen it on HH. I drop a few hundred thousand and kill HH after a couple of bombs with some minimal pausing in between each bomb. Takes less than a minute total, so I don't think there's any issue there.
Yeah, like I said before, Bigfoot has a lot of invincibility frames, occurring both during his flinch and during his stomp attack, so it lines up I-frames one after another. Headless Horseman on the other hand doesn't have any I-frames.
Yea... big foot sucks for ME bombing XD Has anyone noticed the meso exploding bug though? Well, I don't think it's actually a bug to be honest, it been around since the early days of 3rd job on GMS. I've seen people call it a feature of meso exploding. Basically, you can explode the same bag of mesos multiple times. On bosses like krex and Zak, it saves you a lot of mesos. Normally happens when you get knocked back while dropping. Can even happen with the mesos that drop from pickpocket.
