Hello! I'm unsure what's the meta or best places to farm and which of the mage should I create. I'm not into multi client mage farm or sell leech for 12 hours a day and would just like to have a single mage purely for farming and earning meso, but am okay with a HS mule if I go with arch mages. May I know which maps are the best for farming and which mage are cheaper to create in comparisons? From what I read arch mages can easily do Ulu 2 and doesn't require much investment but bishop can sell skelegon which has great drops but requires a hefty amount of investment. Please advise and thanks!
F/p mage with meteor 20 and 1k magic can 1 hit Ulu2 - around 20m from vendor when bag is full (around 30 min to fill a bag, sometimes more sometimes less) Sometimes you get some lucky drops with godly range stats - sells for a few mil at least. Bishop needs around 1.3k magic to 1 hit skele with gen30 I think, full bag vendor for about 25-30m. Good stat drops and ETC items sell for a few mil each (dragon scale/spirit, GDK). I would go with Arch mage personally after gearing and leveling a bishop to 150 and struggling to reach high TMA on first and unfunded char. Also books for meteor20/30 are dirt cheap, books for genesis prices feel like scam....
