IGN: Rasfelt Problem: I gained a few Black Fur from Christmas Dinner 2018 quest. Details: Was feeling weird because O Pongo never asked for any Black Fur, till I saw a thread and discovered that it is a bug and does not mean to give Black Fur and it is possible to request a refund. Please help...
We're aware of the issue, but can only offer a refund if you have a screenshot to prove that you got the black fur etc, along with ~servertime.
