Blizzard 30 fail

    I've tried 5 times and no luck on succeeding, is this normal or is there a bug, perhaps?

    normal. I heard there are people who failed TT30 and Gen 30 more than 10 times which are much more expensive than your blizzard 30's. Consecutive 5 50%'s failing is about 3% so its low chance but not nearly impossible.
    As a mass scroller, I failed consecutively 30% scrolling more than 20 times in multiple times. RNG is all about luck.
