Hi there! Originally, you were temporarily banned for 2 weeks for Glitch Abuse, specifically bypassing the current mule check we have in place for accessing Maple Tree Hill. Since there are two ban appeals with two different forum accounts claiming to own the different characters that were caught, we need to ask the following questions so we can get to the bottom of this predicament. 1. How many people are playing in your household? 2. Have you both made a voting whitelist application? 3. Since you are claiming to be two different people, why do both of you share the same PC connections?
1) there’s 2, me and my husband 2) what is a voting whitelist? I dont know. 3) i have 2 computers at home, one is my laptop and one is a pc own by my husband. Do you need me to prove it to you by sending a picture or? please spare me some leniency if i did something i should not.. i will take it as a lesson learnt. Meanwhile let me know what has to be done to be unban.. it didn’t state that im banned for 2 weeks as well, only shows im blocked or deleted..

That's odd.. On our end it shows 1 week and 6 days remaining. I'm unsure why it isn't showing the time on your end. I will have to pass this over for the Admins to review, as I've looked into what I can on my end and will require their assistance in order to resolve this issue. The Admins are fairly busy tending to other requests and tasks that require their attention so I do not know when they will respond, but rest assured they will whenever they get a chance to. A voting whitelist is something we require people who are playing in the same household to make, so that way they don't get flagged for vote abuse.

Yes, everybody that lives together needs to apply to the whitelist. You can do one now, or you both can wait until the Admins reviews this case it's completely up to you! However, we can't process anything while we're waiting for an Admin to review everything.
Okay, i’ll ask everyone every to take picture according to the instructions then apply for the whitelist. may i know roughly when will an admin be available to review my case?
Yes thank you, as I said we have to wait for the Admin to respond and we will not be able to process the application until they look into it. I will be locking this thread, please do not make another one until the Admin has responded.
