The GMs are unable to lift bans that are issued to specific IP addresses, you would have to restart your phone if you wish to get a new IP address on the phone Note: Mobile IP are always dynamic
I can confirm that you are not banned. Dave was correct. We cannot unban a public IP that was previously banned.
