I have question. I know that items which drops from monsters, can be blue/purple/yellow and can have additional +5 stats. The question is, items from item upgraders (like Mos in Leafre) can be blue too? So if Dragon Carabella can be 110 watt (if using stimulator), can be blue too and have, for example, 115 watt? Or blue dragon weapons will be obtainable from HT only? Thanks for answers.
Yes the items from Mos when using a stimulator can be blue. Items from gachapon can be blue. Items dropped from mobs can be blue. Items from Glimmer man are always average.
