Duplicate Boat Town

    Hi there, half of the npcs in Boat Town (Singapore) are invisible and cannot even be talked to using the npc chat hot key. This is kind of messing up my grind as I cannot recharge stars at the vendor Candy.

    Have you tried all channels? I can personally see all npc's in channel 6, 7 and 10 in Boat Quay Town.
