Boomerang Step not stunning correctly

    I noticed the stun rate has significantly decreased with BS step - its not stunning at 90% rate.

    What mobs were you attacking? Seems to be stunning fine for me.

    edit: i just went back there and it seems to be working fine now... not sure what was going on earlier.

    Usually this get fixed by running the game in an older windows compatibility mode. Currently this is not recommended due to it causing crashing issues though.
