IGN: Frisk As of late I've been having issues bossing. Despite GFXing at all the right times I still d/c (and it's always just me). I've bossed just fine before on the same pc. Can anyone give me a solution to this? Has anyone been experiencing the same thing? Little more info: I d/c a few seconds after zakum is spawned despite gfxing. I d/c after the first eye at krex is killed and the other eye is spawned despite also gfxing.
My BF has been experiencing this same issue lately too. Just like you, he used to be able to boss fine following the normal GFX process but not even this saves him anymore. He even dc's now as soon as the GPQ boss spawns. I have another guildie who also used to boss but just dc's now despite GFXing. They've been pointed in the direction of VMWare but it's a lot to get through and just so disappointing as there never used to be any problems. They've tried running Royals in all sorts of different compatibilities but nothing works. Would be nice to know if anyone knows why this is now happening
I actually got through an entire zrun last night by using sandboxie and gfxing like crazy. I really didn't want to use VMware either, but someone pointed me in the direction of sandboxie and it worked! Hopefully your bf and guildie don't use windows 10, I've heard bad things about sandboxie on that version of windows, but you should tell them to give it a shot. I'd still also like to know why this is happened right now when a few weeks ago everything was perfectly fine...
