Closed Bought things from the Cash Shop with misconceptions. GM help needed.

IGN: Turtwish

Problem: I accidentally bought items from the cash shop with the mindset that they'd be tradeable to my other character; Appleson.

Details: Hello, I was attempting to buy pets and pet equips for another one of my characters which is on another account (Appleson is the other character) and because I was at one point able to trade the pet snail, I assumed I could do that with other pets as well. I bought a golden pig and 2 golden pig sack equips with the idea that I'd give it to my other character. I found out however that they were untradeable a bit too late. Any chance I can either get a refund on my nx (With the assumption that the items I bought will be deleted) or have them transferred to my other character? I did this just a few minutes ago. Somewhere between 4:25Am and 4:40Am EST in the FM Entrance on Ch 2 in case that information is needed. Thanks!

 

Understood on the refund. Is there any chance about the transferring to the correct character at least?
