In the Library it is stated that the Manual drops from Green Trixter, Boomer and Bubble Fish, however after farming for around 40 minutes at Boomer it doesn't drop. Please do something about it as I wanna craft that ICYG bow thanks!!
Bow Production Manual drops from Boomer, the drop rate is fairly low though, possibly lower than it should be, and that will not be resolved until we have the proper drop rates in place.
