Hi there, While I was grinding at ToT I noticed that silver hawk and arrow bomb are not stunning properly (even though they have 99% and 60% stun rate respectively). It seems to be random, in the sense that it worked for a while, and then it went back to not stunning at all for a long period of time. I am not sure if its only me, but it has been happening for some time now. (Maybe after the Halloween patch?) Anyway, it'd be great if this issue can be looked at. Thank you very much for your time!
