Bowman STRless + STR gear = Bowman NormalSTR + DEX gear?

    Hey, I have a noob question:

    I wanna make a Bowman, so a guide tell me to be STR less and have STR gear to get 110 STR (for lv 110 weapon)... but it's not the same If I'm a normal STR bowman with DEX GEAR? I hope u can understand my question. Thankyou
