After using backspin blow, for a brief duration, corkscrew blow won't work. You can charge up corkscrew blow right after using backspin blow, but if u let go and it's not around at least 75% charged up, then the skill just won't work. The charging stops, but your character doesn't use corkscrew blow. Otherwise, it works normally. It's really just annoying when training.
