Moderate Brawler CSB costs double mana

    Hi there,

    IGN: MoreRicePlz
    Level: 80

    I've noticed that my brawler's Corkscrew Blow ability costs double mana.
    When I press to hold it down, I lose 36 mana (maxed) and when I let it go it subtracts another 36 mana.

    Is this normal? I would think it would only subtract it once. It doesn't mention in the description that it subtracts twice.

    I'd like to bump this to add that Piercing Arrow is also a charge-up skill and it does NOT cost double mana.

    Right, I think all buccs have this and not only you I thought that the skill was supposed to be like that
