Brawler skill not working?

    So I put up some points in the brawler's Improve MaxHP. Isn't my max hp suppose to increase as I put points in it? My hp doesn't change as I increase the skills level. Just wanted to get some answers. Maybe I am thinking about the skill all wrong or its really not working. ~f10

    What the skill does is, the more points you have in the skill, the more hp you get when you level up.

    So let says I normally get 20 hp everytime i level. If i have the improve maxhp skill, i'll get maybe 50 hp when i level up.

    Also it makes you get much more hp when you actually put points in it which makes hp washing much easier :)
