Duplicate Brawler's Backspin Blow and Double Uppercut

    I'm new to this sever so hi guys:) Currently have a lvl 30+ brawler and I noticed that the skills backspin blow and double uppercut doesn't exactly stun like its supposed to like in older GMS. Is this a bug or is this normal?

    Right now stunning mobs all across the server is buggy, this will be fixed in time
