I bought a Mint Snow Cap (Male) in the NPC shop, when I read the description of this item it said (It's going to get snowy if you put this on! Displays weather effects) this cap should have the flying snow globe effect, I've had this cap in other servers so I bought it, however, it's not giving any effects as expected. are there any way that I can exchange this "flawed" equipment for another item? or a 5RP refund so I can pick something else? I don't to waste 5RP to buy something not working and sit in my inventory.
