I was recently informed that the Page skill Threaten is not working as advertised, and does not provide a percentage-based debuff but a numerical one...is there truth to this? Is there an up-to-date list of features and skills that aren't working properly as of the latest update? Just curious for the sake of not making any mistakes while allocating points or planning.
As far as I know, it's working as Nexon intended it to work, they were just terrible at writing skill descriptions.
That figures... I guess it is a 2nd job skill so expecting a percentage-based debuff was probably wishful thinking as is lol
It takes a few tries to work on normal monsters, doesn't work on any bosses and doesn't work on magic attacks. Not that it matters since -20 isn't a whole lot.
