Not Bug Buff zone not working

    As update #60 thread mentioned, buff zone is added into the game.
    However, the buff zone in dragon forest seems not working at all.

    The Leafre buff zone is actually timed; It's enabled for 2 minutes (when it is glowing purple), then disabled for 30 minutes. So I believe since it's just not glowing purple in the screenshot, that the buff zone was on cooldown.

    Buff zones all start with a "next state time" of the current time when the server starts, so they should all automatically be enabled when the server starts and enabled/disabled at the same time across maps (just like official).

    i dont think the buff is working, im trying to wait for it in the standard area, no buff for over an hour
