Closed Buff's don't work on me

    Problem: Party buffs don't work on me.
    Details: Party buffs don't work on me , even the fixed ones but they work on other party members. (Tested with HS, Haste, HB, Bless)

    Nope, not the creator. We tried it with remaking a lot of parties but none worked for me. Had this the first time the server was up as well.
