hi，gm When I was looking for a vacant map to hunting in the Skele, i found the Skele Map in the CH.9 can not be change the mapowner. First time i used the ~mapowner ,it tell me the mapowner is Balcony,but i can not see any one here, so i used the /find Balcony ,it tell me he is in this map ,but he actually not here, i wait 5minutes,i think he lost the map,so i am hunting,but 12 minutes leter, i used ~mapowner again,but it also tell me the mapowner is Balcony. 13minutes leter he is coming back ,no hunting , i used ~mapowner again and again ,it also tell me the mapowner is Balcony. I think this is the bug? he maybe use this bug to forcibly occupy this map. We have no quarrel, no unpleasant.I do not want report he, just this bug i think it is no good for the game. Please check about it. Thank u.
I'm pretty sure there is no bug. The map owner system allows a user to attain ownership for 3 minutes if they're idle and not attacking. After the 3 minutes have passed, anyone is free to attack and gain ownership. The mapowner system is absolute, and from what I've seen, it hasn't been wrong in the past. Perhaps you just didn't see the user in the map (not sure what exactly this issue is since /find showed them being in the same map)
But,in the previous 5-12 minutes, I have been hunting, but he did not hunting(actually nobody here except me), 7minutes system can not change the mapowner,The 5-12 minute intervals, is it no more than 3 minutes?
There has not been any problems with the mapowner system and your screenshot doesn't show anything so there isn't much that can be done.
I've had this happen to me a few times when farming heartstoppers at voodoos, not sure if they're related, but next time if you could just change channels or leave the map and come back, it should fix it.
