I'm hoping someone can help me out with my 7th anniversary puzzle board. My board is showing last year's board with the 6 on top of the cake. Also, I just finished the jump quest with Gaga and I was rewarded all three items. When I brought it up on the forum chat, it appears that there should have been an option to select 1 of the 3 prizes. After I was teleported out of the map, I checked my inventory and did not find the puzzle piece there. I didn't get a chance to take a screenshot of the prizes award before I tried to relog. I have re-downloaded the client and forfeited the Cassandra's quest to try and reset the quest. The board is still showing last year's board, and my puzzle pieces are still nowhere to be found in my inventory. Other than the jump quest and the piece G, I would have otherwise completed the 7th anniversary quest. Please assist. Thank you.
