Closed Bugged AP Reset

    Hi Admin/GM,

    Character: SlowDeath
    Problem: AP Reset disappear in cash shop
    Detail: At around 11 pm + (GMT+8) Singapore time, my ap resets were having problems with unsuccessful trades and i couldnt drop them on the floor @ FM. I tried to fix the issue by placing my AP resets back into the cash shop but when i relogged into my character, the AP resets disappeared. Could you kindly help me to take a look at this issue and hopefully refund me back my AP resets.
