The Bed Chair doesn't have the emoticon (the dream bubble) like it did in GMS. You also don't lie inside the bed.
You have to code in the emoticon if you look in your .wz files under the Bed chair's ID then click effect then effect2 its there. As for lying in side the bed I have no idea how to make it so you lie inside the bed.
Can you tell me what's the chair's ID? I think there's a chance I can fix it. EDIT: I tried, I don't think it's possible in v.62
We're making a list of bugged chairs right now - quite a lot of chairs to get through though! EDIT: Have combined the bugged chair reports into one thread, so they're easier to locate.
Broken Chair The chair should have a tornado effect along with the bunny flying around, but it only has the bunny animation. No tornado animation. How to fix?
Either the chair wasn't implemented right or v62 doesn't support 2 effects going at once for one chair.
You got it right with the second guess. It doesn't. It also doesn't support chairs that suppose to make you sit higher.
Well there is no way to fix the height setting for chairs, since I couldn't get them to be edited in v.83, it comes some versions after. Some solutions that came to mind for the effects are: 1) Getting both effect's animation frames and layer them on-top of each other in Photoshop (or some other photo editing program) and make the two effects into one .gif. 2) Switch to v.83 (when I first joined, weren't you guys doing a v.83 beta? What happened?) 3) Going to have to ignore it. :\ On the other hand, some chairs appear invisible because Nexon made them into some special chair/mount. You can easily just take the image from the mount and place it into the chair, along with the origins and other shit. Finally, for the problem with being behind the chair or not, that is in the 'z' property of the chair. If that 'z' value is already set where it needs to be set, then v.62 doesn't support it.
I can think of a couple of ways which they could probably be fixed via the source code and via the .wz XML files, but both of these would require quite a lot of work and testing. And unfortunately I feel that time would be better spent trying to fix other things. I would probably suggest maybe contacting a GM and trying to exchange your broken chair(s) for working ones, and for GM's to no longer give out these broken chairs.
GM Lazz (I think) gave it to me after winning first place in Betrayal Q&A last night. I'll head onto the server and see if any GMs online can let me exchange it.
