A Golden Heart Engagement Ring Box is bugged on my female character named Cabita. I am unable to propose/open the proposal window. Could I please get some help with this?
Female characters are unable to propose, and we are aware of the problem with female characters being able to do the ring quests but currently there is no fix released. Only a male character can click on the wedding ring to propose.
Thank you for getting back to me! I understand the situation. In that case, could the ring box please be deleted? Also, would it be possible to get a 10 mil refund for the church pass?
If you are talking about the wedding ticket you can simply trade it to the male character and if that male character don't have any mesos in his inventory when asking High Priest John to buy a wedding ticket it will let him continue on with the quest. For requesting an item deletion you need to post in character issues
