Singapore gach gave me a "this item is unavailable for pick-up" message instead of an item. My inventory was not full. I think there might be a bugged item in there.
This is caused by the gacha attempting to give you a one of a kind item that you already have in your inventory, such as the various flags. It doesn't consume one of your tickets, so it's actually a good thing.
