I don't know if this is recent or anything but, there's a bugged portal in the map "Fox Ridge", it's the left portal. We can enter but can't leave to go back to the previous map.
Checked today, and the portal worked fine on all 8 channels for me. Unable to replicate the problem you had, sorry.
I had the same issue, and cced to all channels and it didn't work. This happened to me on two occasions, the only two times I actually went past that map.
OK, I'm a complete idiot, I was thinking you meant the portal to the hidden street, Moon Ridge, but you mean the regular portal! *Facepalms at self* Another member of staff has tested the portal back to Tiger Ridge, and can confirm it's not working.
